Harrissa and macadamia nut chicken with local vegetables and Dorrigo potatoes

cinnamon myrtle rice pudding with sweet bush dukkah and Brookfarm oil.

 

The entree and main will be served with specially chosen Pinots and dessert is accompanied by a De Bortoli Sticky.

Cost – $125 per person, $95 without alcohol.
