  Ingredients.

Puff pastry

2 eggs

300ml cream

pinch of cinnamon myrtle powder.

Method.

pre heat oven to 180.

Grease tray and line tart tray with pastry

mix the eggs, cream and cinnamon myrtle.

pour into pastry cases.

sprinkle with cinnamon myrtle.

bake for 5 mins or until set. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
